ORDERS

ORDERS MAY BE PLACED ONLINE AT ANY TIME. A SALES REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONFIRM ALL ORDERS. MOST ITEMS WILL SHIP IMMEDIATELY, PROVIDED THE ITEMS ARE IN STOCK. IF AN ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK, A REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES FOR ITEMS NOT IN STOCK ARE BETWEEN 4-8 WEEKS FOR CLASSIC PIECES. IF THE ITEM IS READY BEFORE THE ALLOTTED WINDOW, THE ITEM WILL SHIP AS SOON AS IT IS COMPLETE. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS AND SENT THE TRACKING INFORMATION.

ORDERS PLACED DURING HOLIDAY SEASONS OR WHEN THERE IS A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS CAN TAKE LONGER THAT THE ALLOTTED TIME WINDOW. A SALES REPRESENTATIVE WILL NOTIFY YOU IF THE PRODUCTION TIME IS LONGER THAN USUAL.

LORRAINE SCHWARTZ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SALES OR CANCEL ORDERS PLACED BY A CUSTOMER IN VIOLATION OF THE SITE’S TERMS OR AS OTHERWISE DETERMINED BY THE COMPANY.
